Certifications
For hearing protection, ISOtunes Sport products are tested and approved in accordance with ANSI S3.19-1974 specifications. Additionally, SafeMax™ Technology is built into every product to limit volume output to 85 dB. The CDC identifies 85 dB as the safest maximum level of sound exposure for an 8-hour period.
Beyond hearing protection, all ISOtunes Sport products are tested to IEC standard 60529 for International Protection Markings. This IP-rating classifies our products by their ability to protect against solids (dust and debris) and liquids (water and sweat).
A Single Number Rating (SNR) measures the amount of hearing protection or attenuation provided by different hearing protectors. The SNR of a hearing protector must be determined in an authorized lab in accordance with the European Safety Standard EN 352. ISOtunes products use industrial grade memory foam to block 22-29 dB of damaging noise, which means you can work in loud environments knowing your ears are protected.
A Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) measures the amount of hearing protection or attenuation provided by different hearing protectors. Measured in decibels (dB), the NRR of a hearing protector must be determined in a lab and approved by the American National Standards (ANSI) in accordance with the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). ISOtunes products use industrial grade memory foam to block 22-29 dB of damaging noise, which means you can work in loud environments knowing your ears are protected.

Customer Service Policies
We respond to customer inquiries every Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. GMT, except on national holidays. We do not respond to inquiries or take calls over the weekends. While this may delay the timeline of your response, please rest assured that it won't adversely impact the quality of your service or our commitment to honoring our warranties or refund policies. Warranty inquiries and refund requests will be considered active from the date of your outreach (not our response).

All ISOtunes Sport products come with a 1-year limited warranty. Our limited warranty means that we will replace your product, free of charges (including shipping), within the disclosed time period starting from the date you receive the product, should the product no longer work due to manufacturing defects.
If you believe your product may be defective, please reach out to us as soon as possible to let us know. We will consider your warranty request active from the date of your outreach.

All ISOtunes products come with a micro-USB charging cable, allowing them to be recharged wherever you have access to a USB port, such as through a computer, wall outlet, or adapter.
After plugging the USB end into a USB port, locate the charging port on the battery module of your ISOtunes product, remove the safety flap, and insert the micro-USB end into the charging port. For detailed information on the LED charging light, and other important charging information, please consult your product's user manual.
Please note: do NOT charge your ISOtunes Sport product using a "high power" or "fast" adapter or power source above 5V or 2 Amps. This may short-circuit the product and create a defect.
ISOtunes Sport phone call microphones have been designed specifically to block out steady state background noise, thereby allowing for phone calls in many loud environments, such as with vacuums, engines, machines, or saws running in the background.
However, ISOtunes microphones are not designed to eliminate impact noises, such as gunshots, so these will still come through loud and clear on calls and are likely to make conversations difficult.
A general pointer for increasing call quality: please ensure the control module (which houses the microphone) is not tucked around the back of your head, but rather under your right ear or otherwise not blocked from access to your mouth.
Products automatically enter pairing mode when turned on. If for some reason you need to put your product back into pairing mode, press and hold the power button until you see the LED indicator light on the controller flash red and blue. This means your product is in pairing mode.

TSC™ Technology is our proprietary technology specifically designed for hunters and shooters. TSC™ uses omni-directional microphones to amplify environmental sounds up to 8x their natural volume, while still keeping you protected from harmful gunshot noises. When TSC™ senses a gunshot or harmful noise, it quickly reduces them back to a safe listening level.

ISOtunes Sport was designed for use with firearms. Tactical Sound Control is engineered to keep loud percussive gunshots dampened while allowing for communication.
ISOtunes products are designed to excel for steady state noise. Steady state noise includes lawn mowers, saws, welding equipment, and large fans. We separated these products out to avoid confusion and ensure you get the product that's right for you!

Clean your ISOtunes® TRILOGY™ eartips and ear cushions by gently wiping them with a clean, damp cloth. Only use water. Do not clean eartips and ear cushions with alcohol-based cleaning solutions. Let pads dry completely before next use.
ISOtunes® Sport ADVANCE comes with 3 sets of ISOtunes TRILOGY™ Foam eartips (S,M,L) and 1 set of rubber triple flange eartips.
The device comes with the Medium size eartips already in place. Choose the eartip size that fits most snugly in your ear canal. Remember, the snugger the fit, the better the noise attenuation. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Start by placing the headphones around the back of your neck, and ensure you have the proper earbuds on each side of your head (right vs. left).
2. Grab the right earbud with your right hand and use your left hand to warm up and compress the foam eartip.
3. Before inserting the compressed foam eartip into your ear, reach over your head with your left hand and lift the top of your right ear to open your ear canal.
4. Then, insert the foam eartip deeply into your ear canal and hold it in place for 5 seconds, or until the foam has fully expanded.
5. Finally, press and bend the memory wire behind your ear to get your desired fit, and ensure the earbud is flush with the outside of your ear.
6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 with the opposite earbud.

Each model has an auto-shutoff feature. This means it will turn off after a certain amount of time to conserve battery life. To see the specific auto-shutoff time for your model, please review the product’s manual.
Replacements, Returns, and Refunds
In order to begin the return or replacement process, you must first contact us. Please do this via email at uk-eurosupport@isotunesaudio.com.
We will respond to emails and return requests within 1 business day. Once return approval is confirmed, we will provide you with the required steps to complete your return.
ISOtunes® Sport products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage by misuse, abuse or unauthorized modifications. We will provide a free exchange for customers who experience defective products within 12 months of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all packaging and components. See contact information above for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Apparel & Merch items are not under warranty and are not eligible for returns. Only Items that have been purchased directly from uk.ISOtunesSport.com can be returned to ISOtunes Sport. ISOtunes Sport products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Shipping
Due to Covid-19, shipping services have experienced issues properly tracking and estimating delivery for shipments. ISOtunes is sending out shipments normally, but our shipping services are experiencing delays. Please contact package carriers directly with any questions.
We pack and ship orders every Monday through Friday except for national holidays. We do not, however, pack and ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details to the email address you provided on your order.
All orders to UK are shipped directly from London.
Generally speaking, the amount of time it takes for your order to arrive depends on where you are in relation to us.That said, customers choosing Standard shipping at checkout can expect their orders to arrive within 3-5 business days.
We do not ship outside of the UK from our UK website. We service EU from our German website, de.isotunessport.com. Please visit this site to place orders outside of the UK.
